Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
Last updated: 27/07/2026
The payment made to WTPBiz covers the cost of the software product license, hosting services, development support, and consulting efforts rendered by our team in accordance with the agreed scope of work. WTPBiz reserves the right to determine if a refund is warranted upon your request. Please note that once WTPBiz initiates the software subscription, selected service, or development process, it may not be possible to return any deposit.
Should your project be canceled by us due to overdue invoice payments or any breach of the mutually signed agreement terms, you will not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation Policy
WTPBiz implements distinct cancellation policies for different offerings, including perpetual software licenses, software subscriptions, development services, and other value-added services. Please refer to the specific service agreement for detailed cancellation guidelines.
For services such as software subscriptions, development services, and additional value-added offerings, cancellation requests must be directed to WTPBiz's accounts and customer support team. Please note that cancellation via phone will not be acknowledged.
An email confirmation from our accounts department will serve as the official proof that your service has been canceled.
Auto-Renewal
To enhance your convenience, subscriptions are set to auto-renew until you decide to cancel. Prior to each renewal, you will receive an email outlining the charge that will be applied to your designated payment method. Following each renewal, a receipt will be sent by email, detailing the charged amount, the next renewal date, and the subsequent renewal amount.
Understanding that customers might sometimes overlook canceling an unwanted subscription until after it has been renewed, we offer a grace period of five business days post-renewal. If you cancel within this window, we will process the cancellation and provide a refund, after deducting any applicable processing fees.
