This tool is for rough layout planning: seeing how many designs fit and roughly how long a sheet will run, before you commit to an order. Real gang sheet software at your print shop can rotate and interlock irregular shapes far tighter than a simple grid, so the actual sheet you get back is often shorter, and cheaper, than what this lite version shows. Use it to plan, not to generate a print-ready file.

Is this the same as the file I send to print?
No. This lite builder is for layout planning only, it does not export a print file. Send your actual artwork files to your print shop or use their upload tool to generate the final gang sheet.
What roll widths does this support?
22, 24, and 30 inches, the standard DTF and sublimation roll widths most print shops stock. Check with your specific shop before ordering, since not everyone carries all three.
How much gap should I leave between designs?
0.125 to 0.25 inches is standard, enough room for the cutter to work without touching adjacent designs. Tighter gaps save length but leave less margin for error.
Does rotating designs actually save space?
Often, yes, especially for anything that is not a perfect square. Real print shop nesting software rotates and interlocks shapes automatically; this lite builder keeps designs upright for simplicity.
How do I estimate the cost from this layout?
